A delicious and nutritious pudding

Ingredients
4 or 5 Apples, peeled, cored, diced
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 Sweet Energy Chopped Dates
1/2 cup toasted pecans
2 Tbs Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
2 Tbs Butter, Melted
Egg, beaten

Directions:
1. Stir Apples, sugar and dates in slow cooker
2. In separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt & nutmeg
3. Stir into apple mixture
4. Drizzle melted butter over the batter and stir
5. Stir in egg
6. Cook on low for 3-4 hours
7. Add pecans at the end of the cooking time to warm
