We are proud to European style truffles made to order right here in Vermont. The Birnn family has been creating superior chocolate confections since 1915. They use only the finest ingredients including Vermont cream.
We visited their factory recently and were amazed at the intricate process required to make these wonderful truffles. First they start by forming a pure dark chocolate shell and then fill it with a richly flavored truffle ganache. Then comes the chocolate bath where each truffle is totally immersed in either milk, dark or white chocolate. Finally each trfuffle is individually hand decorated for its final presentation.
