I received my order recently and everything is fresh and very tasty. I don't know who came up with the idea for the Carob Spirulina Squares, but they are wonderful! I am curious if it would be possible to make a 'raw' version of the squares by dehydrating vice baking them. That would be great too. Thanks for all your wonderful products. Jean
